Add "Add Note" to Movie Page

Add Note needs to be added to Movie Page, next to ratings. Note would appear alongside the right and appear as an italicized quote card.

+ add a visibility setting for users to make their notes visible to friends
+ users would see a carousel of friends notes, from those who have made their notes available to friends
+ notes would not be available to followers only friends

Lists that are shared to family and friends who don't have a bollywood guru account, they would see the first 10 movies of a list, to see more movies AND to see any ratings and/or notes their friend/family member may have added to their recommended movies would require them to create a FREE user account to Bollywood guru. 

*****WHY NOTES****** ... these are the quick notes that cater to the "Twitter" attention span. Review are more formal/editorial/if people want to read *more* about what people think of the movie, or learn more about what the movie is about. QUICK NOTES are character limited, and are useful to pass a 'heads up' to friends and family about a movie like RRR ... example: "Once you get past the brutal attack scene at the village in the beginning, this movie is SO GOOD, focuses on brotherhood and friendship"
